Shipping policy

Ore & Ombre currently delivers within Pakistan. Standard delivery costs PKR 250 per order and is shown at checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, sales periods, courier disruptions and remote locations can extend these times. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Customers must provide a complete address and an active phone number. The courier or our team may call or message to confirm the order or locate the address. If an order is returned because the address or phone number was incorrect, the customer was unavailable, or delivery was refused, another delivery fee may apply before redispatch.
