Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the required payment when delivery is attempted.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or deliberate submission of fraudulent orders may result in future orders being restricted or declined.
